• The Bone SDK is provided as-is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. If you download or use the Bone SDK, you have implicitly agreed to the rules and limitations set forth here.
• You will not hold ImaBot or its members responsible for any damages, either consequential or incidental, resulting from the use of Bone or the Bone SDK.
• The Bone SDK will be used in within acceptable guidelines specified by ImaBot.
• We may, at our option, choose to disallow access to one or more users.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Bone Network, the BoneClient, or The Bone SDK.
• You will not attempt to determine or use another user's password.
• Flooding users or the server will be cause for immediate termination of your account.
• ImaBot or ImaTowns reserves the right to update this agreement at any time.
• If this agreement is updated, by continuing to use the Bone Network or BoneClient you agree to the new agreement. It is the user's responsibility to check for updates to the license agreement on the official Bone website.
• All messages pass through the Bone server. This service is NOT fit for private or secret communication. Do not transfer ANY information that you would not post on the Web or Usenet. No guarantee is made that third parties or ImaBot can not observe the content of your Bone transmissions.
• ImaBot cannot guarantee the security of your Bone account or account information.
